We are currently looking for a Fleet & Accommodation Manager at our Santry location to oversee our small coach fleet, driver team, and accommodation premises. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a multicultural team.

· Manage and maintain the company’s fleet, ensuring vehicles are roadworthy, safe, and well-presented.
· Coordinate vehicle maintenance, CVRT testing, and repairs to minimize fleet downtime.
· Manage transport budget, fuel monitoring and cost-control initiatives.
· Ensure full regulatory compliance with all relevant Irish and EU transport legislation, RSA standards, and Health and Safety Authority (HSA) guidelines.
· Oversee tachograph analysis, driver rest period tracking, and resolution of driver infringements.
· Maintain Operator License requirements, Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness records, and regulatory standards.
· Monitor Driver CPC compliance, licencing validity and continuous training certifications.
· Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training and supervision of coach drivers.
· Promote safe driving practices and strict company safety procedures.
· Oversee daily vehicle walkaround inspections and preventive maintenance schedules.
· Maintain precise transport documentation, working time records and compliance audit files.
· Manage and maintain accommodation facilities, including residential buildings, premises, and gardens.
· Manage and maintain company yard, parking facilities and office spaces.
· Provide operational backup to touring operations during peak seasonal surges and emergency situations
· Transport Manager CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification.
· Valid European D Driving License, up-to-date Driver CPC qualification card and Digital Tachograph Card.
· Proven Ireland-based fleet management and passenger transport compliance experience.
· Strong knowledge of RSA rules, Organisation of Working Time Act requirements and EU tachograph regulations.
· Hands-on facility/property management skills for oversight of accommodation and yard premises.
· Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish/Italian is a strong advantage.
· High level of adaptability, stress tolerance and problem-solving ability in dynamic peak-season conditions.
